Maintenance and Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the company’s regular operational activities.
- Coordinating and leading maintenance and tool maintenance teams.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans.
- Initiating the procurement of necessary parts, machinery, tools, and equipment for maintenance.
- Providing technical expert support.
- Developing general operational processes.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of injection molding tools.
- Supporting product validation processes.
- Preparing documents and reports.
- Liaising with tool manufacturers and designers.
- Inspecting and developing plastic processing machines.
- Organizing daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational tasks.
- Actively participating in quality coordination.
- Preparing maintenance records.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in engineering.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CREO design software.
- Experience in plastic processing.
- Familiarity with the maintenance of injection molding machines.
