Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Full-spectrum customer contact in English and German.
- Reporting: Preparation of reports and statements.
- Complaint Management: Handling of customer complaints.
- Logistics Coordination: Organizing transport and related administrative tasks.
- Inventory Management: Establishing optimal stock levels.
- Communication: Liaising with production and business partners.
- Order Processing: Recording and processing transactions and orders within the corporate information system.
- Export Invoicing: Managing tasks related to export invoicing.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education degree.
- Language Skills: Confident conversational English and German, both spoken and written, at an intermediate level.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Work Ethic: Independent, deadline-sensitive, and constructive work style.
- Personality: Proactive and positive mindset, adept at handling emerging problems without difficulty.
